RETURNS

  • Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL. We do NOT allow any exchanges or returns. We do NOT allow orders to be canceled or modified once placed.
  • Upon receiving a product, if there is any damage or you have received a product that you did not order (by our mistake), please email us withing 48 hours. We will gladly send a replacement once evidence of the damaged item is provided and shipped back to us (We are not responsible for the shipping fee). Contact us via email at zylashes@yahoo.com
  • Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

SHIPPING

  • Please allow 2-4 days for orders to ship.
  • Once your order is shipped, Zylashes is no longer responsible for your package. By ordering through us, you understand that we are NOT responsible & are UNABLE to help with anything in regards to shipping once your package is taken to the post office. If you experience any lost/misplaced items, you can contact your local USPS Office for additional information. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYED, STOLEN, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES (unless it is a manufacturing damage).
  • You will NOT receive a replacement order or a refund for lost/stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for any damaged items due to USPS mishandling.
  • If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the product is returned to us, you are responsible for the shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. We are not responsible if the package is delivered to the incorrect address provided (PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER).
  • We are ONLY responsible for shipping your order to the provided shipping address.
  • If your package is returned to us and you would like it shipped to a different address, YOU are responsible for the new label fee.
